Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
Generate and convert leads for training courses through online and offline marketing activities.
Counsel potential students and parents regarding course details, career opportunities, and placement support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute
offline marketing campaigns
, college seminars, workshops, and career fairs.
Coordinate
webinars and online events
to promote courses and increase student engagement.
Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollment.
Build and maintain connections with
colleges, training partners, and educational institutions
for lead generation.
Team Management
Manage and guide the marketing team in executing campaigns and achieving goals.
Coordinate with the design, social media, and operations teams for promotional activities.
Monitor performance metrics and report results to management.
Market Research
Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities in the education and training space.
Recommend improvements in course promotion and student engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education-related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in
education, training, or EdTech industry
).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead a team and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good knowledge of
digital marketing, lead management tools, and CRM systems
.
