Job Description

Drive sales growth and market penetration for India as a Destination Management Company (DMC). Own B2B sales, partner acquisition, and brand visibility across domestic and international source markets. This is a revenue-focused role with clear accountability on leads, conversions, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and convert B2B leads for India DMC products (FIT, Groups, MICE, Pilgrimage, Leisure). Build and manage relationships with overseas travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners. Promote India packages to inbound markets through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and roadshows. Coordinate with operations to ensure competitive pricing, timely proposals, and flawless execution. Represent the company at travel fairs, networking events, and sales visits as required. Support digital campaigns in coordination with the internal marketing team (leads follow-up is mandatory). Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and periodic performance reports. Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks.

Key Deliverables / KPIs



Monthly and quarterly sales targets. New agent onboarding and active partner count. Conversion ratio and revenue per account. CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.

Candidate Profile



2-5 years of experience in travel sales and marketing, preferably in DMC or inbound tourism. Strong knowledge of India destinations, circuits, hotels, and ground handling. Proven B2B sales and negotiation capability. Clear communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages are a plus). Comfortable with targets, travel, and client-facing roles. Hands-on with CRM, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

Work Model



Kochi office-based role with local and outstation sales travel as required. Six-day working week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
