Offline Marketing Executive
who can bring our brand to life through on-ground activations, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Activation Management
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Coordinate logistics, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
Represent HZY at events to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
Retail & Community Engagement
Drive footfall to stores and offline touchpoints through creative campaigns.
Build relationships with local communities, colleges, and cultural hubs.
Organize collaborations with artists, influencers, and cultural groups.
Brand Visibility
Identify opportunities for outdoor advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across offline channels.
Track ROI and effectiveness of offline campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in offline marketing, events, or brand activations (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
Passion for streetwear, fashion, and youth culture.

Pay: ₹10,335.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month
