Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive at Perfectio will be responsible for driving sales for our luxury residential villa and apartment projects located in Goa, while operating full-time from our Delhi office. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of active experience selling residential real estate, preferably in Goa or a similar premium market. The role requires strong sales ability, client handling experience, and an understanding of high-value real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads through networking, channel partners, referrals, and market research.
Drive sales for Perfectio's luxury villas and apartments in Goa.
Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, coordinate site visits with the Goa team, and manage client follow-ups.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with premium client experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI, NRI, and premium buyers.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage the full sales pipeline.
Track competitor projects and market trends relevant to Goa's residential real estate.
Marketing Responsibilities (Non-digital)
Coordinate brochures, presentations, project documents, and sales kits.
Participate in planning events, open houses, exhibitions, and client meet-ups.
Support branding activities aligned with Perfectio's luxury positioning.

Required Skills & Competencies
2-3 years of hands-on residential real estate sales experience (Goa market exposure preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to confidently handle luxury/HNI/NRI clientele.
Strong understanding of real estate sales cycle and customer behavior.
Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with a 6-day work environment.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Experience in luxury or premium residential projects is a strong advantage.

Work Environment
Full-time, office-based role from Delhi (6 days working).
Frequent coordination with Goa team; travel to Goa may be required for client closures or events.

Salary & Benefits
Salary up to ?40,000 per month (based on experience).
