We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness for our technical products/services. The candidate should be able to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Understand company's technical products/services and explain them clearly to customers.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
Create and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with technical and product teams to understand client requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Assist in digital marketing activities such as social media posts, campaigns, and promotional material
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic technical understanding (IT/Software/Engineering).
Lead generation and prospecting skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce or similar).
Market research and competitor analysis.
Negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage (SEO, social media, campaigns).
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience in B2B sales in a technical domain.
Experience in SaaS, software, or engineering product sales preferred.
