Role Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end revenue engine, blending high-impact marketing strategies with hands-on sales execution. You'll build pipeline, close deals, and scale demand generation in a metrics-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing (50%)
Develop and execute integrated campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships).
Own demand generation: SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.), webinars.
Create high-converting assets: landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, video.
Manage marketing tech stack (HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM).
Track ROI via KPIs: CAC, MQL?SQL conversion, pipeline velocity.
Sales (50%)
Prospect, qualify, and close mid-market/enterprise deals ([deal size range]).
Run full sales cycle: discovery calls, demos, negotiations, contract signing.
Build and manage sales pipeline (forecast accuracy >90%).
Develop sales collateral, objection handling frameworks, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with product team on customer feedback loops.
Note: Position can be for location in Delhi & Rishikesh, Candidates who are willing to open both location needs apply.
