The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company's products/services, generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to achieve business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and digital channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Contribute ideas for improving marketing strategies and product positioning.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Good knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in [mention industry, e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, etc.]).
