Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Sales and Marketing Executive

with strong communication skills and a good understanding of computer systems and software tools. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings. Present and promote company products/services to existing and prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline). Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up with leads to close deals. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for campaign execution. Analyze market trends and competitors to suggest improvement strategies. Maintain reports of daily sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of computer software, MS Office, and CRM tools. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in IT/software or ERP sales will be an added advantage. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and lead generation tools.
