Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Industry: Sports Nutrition

Location / Area: Full North Region - Delhi, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab

Salary: ₹30,000 - ?35,000

Experience Required: 3-5 Years (Same Industry Preferred)

Joining: Immediate Joiner Only

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand sales across North India in assigned territories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, gyms, fitness centers, and nutrition stores.

Execute field marketing strategies, promotional activities, and product demonstrations to boost brand presence.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.

Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and branding in the marketplace.

Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

3-5 years of proven field sales & marketing experience in Sports Nutrition / Health Supplements industry.

Strong network with gyms, fitness professionals, and nutrition retail outlets in North India.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR, UP, Uttarakhand, Haryana, and Punjab.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
