About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our innovative software startup. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring and retaining clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition:

Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels. Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Client Management:

Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.

Marketing and Sales:

Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Manage social media campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Schedule and conduct product demos with potential clients. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships. Track sales progress and forecast future revenue.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track sales performance and generate regular reports. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Proven track record in sales and business development. Proficiency in sales and CRM software. Strong understanding of the software industry and market trends. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
