We are seeking an energetic and self-driven

Sales & Marketing Executive

who is open to

extensive field travel across India

. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong business mindset, and the ability to analyze markets and generate new opportunities through

door-to-door and direct marketing efforts

.

You will play a key role in

business development

, executing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

door-to-door sales and marketing visits

across India. Identify potential clients, dealers, or distributors and convert them into business opportunities. Perform

market analysis and research

to understand regional demand and competition. Develop and implement

business development strategies

to grow the customer base. Represent the company professionally in different cities/states and build strong brand awareness. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service. Maintain detailed reports of visits, market feedback, and sales progress. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, both in writing and in person.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in

sales, marketing, or business development

(field work preferred). Willingness to

travel across India

frequently for on-ground marketing and client visits. Strong

communication skills

, with fluency in

English

(spoken and written). Ability to conduct

market research and competitor analysis

. Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to business growth. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Energetic, self-motivated, and ready to work independently in the field.
