Job Description

1. Sales Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking. Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into customers. Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales pitches. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals. Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth delivery of products or services. Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

2. Marketing Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services. Develop creative marketing content for social media, email, and advertising materials. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors. Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, and online ads. Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and brand awareness programs. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports. Maintain the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Suggest new marketing ideas and strategies to improve brand visibility and sales.

3. Key Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of marketing and sales principles. Good presentation and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools. Teamwork and leadership qualities.
