About Us:

GharKaSathi is a growing real estate and home services startup dedicated to making property buying, rentals, construction, and interiors simple and hassle-free. We are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Ghar Ka Sathi's services (real estate, rentals, construction, interiors, and home services). Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms to drive leads and brand awareness. Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, brochures, and promotional materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing (real estate or startup experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically. Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
