Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, field visits, or social media.
Promote the company's products/services to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor and report on performance metrics.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Willingness to travel and work in the field if required.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales and marketing.
Background in industries like FMCG, real estate, education, retail, manufacturing, or IT.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts (optional).
