Role Overview

As a

Sales & Marketing Executive

, you will play a key role in driving sales, engaging with customers, and promoting our brand across the city. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for individuals looking to grow in the sports retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products Conduct field visits, manage in-store promotions, and participate in local events Build partnerships and maintain relationships with cricket clubs, academies, and institutions Gather market insights and help plan future campaigns Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

0-1 year of experience

in sales or marketing (Freshers are encouraged to apply) Excellent communication skills in

English, Telugu & Hindi (preferred)

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Must own a two-wheeler

with a valid driving license (local travel required) A genuine passion for cricket is a

big plus
