Key Responsibilities:
Drive community outreach and tie-ups with schools, clubs, associations, and KOLs
Plan and execute D2C (Direct-to-Customer) marketing activities in assigned territory
Promote hospital services through retail and institutional channels
Collaborate with branding & product teams for local campaigns and execution
Achieve OPD/IPD acquisition & revenue targets from assigned areas
Gather market intelligence to help shape strategy & product mix
Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely data sharing
Build brand visibility through local partnerships and on-ground activations
Key Skills:
Excellent communication, networking & negotiation skills
Good planning, analytical & execution capabilities
Creativity, initiative, and hands-on problem-solving
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
Strong time management & team coordination
