Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Previous experience in real estate sales, financial products, or investment marketing is a strong plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills. Identify and approach potential investors and clients interested in real estate opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Present and promote real estate investment projects to individuals and groups. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns. Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to clients. Provide post-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
