Role Overview

- The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving daily sales, acquiring new customers, and expanding Dairy Kart's market presence across retail, B2B, and home-delivery channels. This is a field-based, target-driven role focused on execution and results.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail shops, hotels, cafes, sweet shops, hostels, offices, and households to generate sales Acquire new customers and convert leads into regular buyers Negotiate pricing, volume, and payment terms within company guidelines Ensure timely payment collection from credit customers Promote dairy products including milk, curd, paneer, ghee, and value-added products Conduct local marketing activities such as sampling, posters, and shop branding Collect customer feedback and report market trends and competitor activity Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth supply Maintain daily sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Number of new customers acquired Daily and monthly sales volume Payment collection efficiency Customer retention rate Market coverage and visit discipline
Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis Basic understanding of sales and customer handling Self-motivated and result-oriented approach Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
