This is contract based role.



Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field marketing or B2B sales Strong communication & presentation skills Confident, smart, and target-driven personality 2 wheeler preferred

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Management & Conversion



Handle inbound and outbound calls from social media leads, SEO inquiries,

and PPC campaigns

Follow up on email inquiries and convert them into qualified leads

Make cold calls to potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, surgeons

)



2.

Customer

Engagement



Build good relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers

Understand client needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions

Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects

Provide information about our healthcare marketing services

3. Target Achievement

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets

Achieve lead conversion goals as set by management

Generate qualified appointments for the sales team

Maintain minimum talk time requirements (2+ hours daily)

4. Documentation & Reporting



Update CRM with accurate call details and customer feedback

Prepare daily/weekly activity reports

Track and report on lead sources and conversion rates

Maintain organized follow-up schedules

Understandingof hospital operations and decision-making processes

Knowledge of medical specialties and healthcare services

Awareness of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance
