1) Develop and execute effective sales strategies focused on end clients. Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, and commercial segments. Lead and guide the sales team for strong on-ground execution
2) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
3) Conduct regular market visits to identify customer needs and new business opportunities
4)Track competitor activities and recommend strategic actions
5) Prepare sales reports, MIS, and forecasts
6)Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and follow-ups
7) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Skills & Qualifications
8) 0 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C / Institutional / End-Client Sales , preferably in solar, Auto mobile, Banking & Finance, telecom, real-estate, or consumer durables.
9) Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and team management skills
10) Ability to independently drive market expansion
11) Analytical, strategic, and target-oriented mindset
5) Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
