We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Staff member to join our software company. This role will involve promoting our software solutions, generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.
Present, promote, and sell software products/services to prospective clients.
Conduct product demos and provide technical explanations with the help of the technical team.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing Duties:
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Assist in content creation for digital marketing including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media.
Help plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to align messaging with brand strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the software or tech industry.
Strong understanding of software products and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
