Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

cold calls

to potential B2B clients (schools, colleges, and training centers) to promote educational products and services. Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, and networking. Present and demonstrate solutions effectively to decision-makers. Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective

sales strategies

. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare

daily/weekly reports

for management review. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Participate in field visits, events, and promotional campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in

B2B sales, cold calling, or inside sales

(preferably in the education or EdTech domain). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

in English and Hindi. Strong

presentation and persuasion

abilities. Good understanding of

sales cycles and client engagement

. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic knowledge of

digital marketing and CRM tools

. Positive attitude, professional behavior, and problem-solving approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
