Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, and clients.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional events.
Manage social media presence and online/offline branding activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
Prepare and present regular reports on performance and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (healthcare or service industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and field activities.
