To develop revenue and new business opportunities with an operating strategy/plan.
To achieve revenue target of the branch on constant bases in profitable manner.
Ensure on time service along with customer retention, satisfaction and develop good customer relationship.
Receipt of payments/collection from customer in stipulated time.
Maintain high level of efficiency leading to higher productivity and cost management, with control on consumables/chemical, manpower and equipment's - optimizing resources.
To maintain the general administration, comply all statutory requirement, timely sales proposal and agreement to customers
Prepare MIS reports, Audit reports to Head office and Customers, along with proper reporting through email, software app, mobile app etc..
Should be a team player by supporting and developing colleague by building the capability and capacity of the branch
Effective working yielding a good profitability/ROI of the branch.
