Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to identify and onboard new institutional clients for our uniform division. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients on-site, understanding their requirements, presenting our offerings, and coordinating with our internal team to ensure smooth delivery and service.

Key Responsibilities:



Travel across assigned regions to identify and approach

potential institutional clients

(schools, colleges, hospitals, corporates, etc.) Introduce Poothurans' uniform solutions and services in a professional manner Build relationships with decision-makers (principals, administrators, HR heads, procurement teams) Understand client requirements, take measurements on-site if required, and communicate specifications to the in-house team Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups Coordinate with Poothurans' production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Maintain a database of leads, visit reports, and client communications

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Proven field sales or client acquisition experience (textile or uniform industry preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam and English) Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Basic understanding of textiles/uniform materials is a plus Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala
