Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, follow up on business
leads, and support the team in generating new opportunities through online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily follow-ups on IndiaMART and online inquiries
• Calling and emailing clients for lead conversion
• Attending exhibitions and trade events with the company team
• Maintaining proper records and files for client interactions
• Managing social media and online brand presence
• Assisting in developing marketing and brand strategies
• Reporting directly to the Director for high-level client engagements
• Conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities
• Creating presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
• Working with the design/content team to plan campaigns
• Generating leads through digital platforms and local industrial directories

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
• Written English must be strong (for emails, reports, and social media)
• Basic understanding of computers and internet tools
• Passion to learn about industrial products and solutions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience with IndiaMART CRM or similar lead portals
• Familiarity with social media marketing or Canva/Design tools
• Knowledge of B2B sales and basic product understanding (WPC, PVC, extrusion, etc.)
