Homes & Buildings is seeking energetic and ambitious interns to assist with
sales activities
,
marketing
, and
event organization.
This is full time Job direct exposure to real-world marketing strategies, B2B client interactions, and event management in the premium real estate and design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist in lead generation, client communication, and sales follow-ups.
Help maintain and update client databases, CRM entries, and lead reports.
Coordinate with prospective clients for meetings, project showcases, and magazine subscriptions.
Magazine Marketing:
Support the distribution and marketing of
Homes & Buildings Magazine
to developers, architects, interior designers, and premium brands.
Identify new target audiences and partnerships for magazine circulation and promotions.
Assist in coordinating with vendors, agencies, and in-house teams for magazine branding activities.
Help manage magazine deliveries, client acknowledgments, and promotional campaigns.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and execution of magazine launch events, networking sessions, and property showcases.
Handle event logistics like vendor coordination, venue management, guest management, and event-day operations.
Support the creation of event reports, post-event feedback collection, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Students pursuing graduation or recent graduates (preferred: BBA, BMS, Mass Media, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality).
Strong communication skills (both spoken and written English).
Interest in sales, marketing, publishing, and event management.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Confident personality with a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Passion for real estate, design, or luxury industries is a plus.
