About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive the sales of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) within the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and VFD applications, coupled with a passion for delivering tailored solutions to clients. ?

Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the HVAC market for VFD products. ?
Develop and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, OEMs, and end-users.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring optimal VFD selection and integration. ?
Collaborate with the engineering team to design customized VFD solutions that meet client specifications. ?
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. ?
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. ?
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution. ?

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
3-7 years of experience in sales or application engineering, specifically with VFDs in HVAC applications.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of VFDs, HVAC systems, and related controls.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills
Experience with major VFD brands (e.g., ABB, Siemens, Danfoss).
Familiarity with building automation systems and energy management solutions.
Understanding of local HVAC market dynamics and regulatory standards. ?
