Proactively engage with potential customers through phone calls and email communication.
Respond to incoming inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Prepare and send accurate quotations tailored to customer needs.
Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Maintain and update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.
Monitor and track sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
Emphasize solution-based selling by addressing customer-specific challenges rather than just product features (e.g., filtration systems).
Effectively communicate with key stakeholders such as procurement heads, plant managers, and industry consultants.
Hands-on experience in preparing technical proposals, participating in techno-commercial discussions, and engaging in tender processes.
Prior exposure to feed pumps, valves, or other process industry equipment is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing integration, and MIS reporting is preferred.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi and additional regional languages is advantageous.
