Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, adjusting strategies accordingly. Manage the sales team, providing training, support, and motivation to achieve targets. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Monitor and analyse performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Oversee the management of digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.

Skills

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Strong customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction is always a priority. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and Azure is advantageous. Solid IT skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong time management skills, enabling effective prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
