JD for Marketing Engineer :-
Develop business in the 2W & 3W after sales & OE market for stator assemblies, charging coils, and related electrical parts.
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
Build strong relationships with existing aftermarket partners and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, product demand, and customer preferences.
Identify product gaps and recommend new product developments or modifications. (BS4 Vs BS6)
Provide technical support and product training to distributors
Address customer complaints and collaborate with internal teams for quick resolutions
Ensure proper visibility of the company's products in markets (POP materials, catalogues, etc.).
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Track revenue targets, product-wise performance, and customer accounts.
Education Qualification:-
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) or MBA in Marketing.
3-5 years of proven experience in aftermarket sales & service of 2W & 3W spare parts.
Strong understanding of electrical spares like stator assemblies, coils, CDI/ECUs, RR units, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
