Job Description

Job Summary:



We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and promote our range of industrial coating systems. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interactions, technical presentations, and sales closure while working closely with the engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in surface coating, powder coating, and paint finishing systems. Generate B2B leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research. Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturing industries, OEMs, and industrial clients. Work on sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Marketing & Branding:



Execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences to showcase our products. Collaborate with the digital marketing team for online lead generation, SEO, and social media promotions. Develop brochures, presentations, and sales content for client meetings.

Technical Sales & Customer Interaction:



Provide technical solutions and product recommendations to clients based on their requirements. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits for clients. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordination & Reporting:



Work closely with the design, project, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to management. Follow up on payment collections and after-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education: B.E - Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. An MBA in Sales & Marketing will be a plus.

Experience: 3 -5 years in industrial sales, B2B marketing, or capital equipment sales (preferably in surface coating or manufacturing).

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle B2B sales, negotiations, and client relationships.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial machinery, coating systems, and automation.

Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Software Proficiency: CRM tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory).

Willingness to Travel: Must be open to traveling for client meetings, exhibitions, and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,889.22 - ₹35,783.77 per month
