Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to strategic marketing initiatives that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities in industrial roofing and pre-engineered building projects. Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals for clients and consultants. Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for project feasibility and costing. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and suggest suitable PEB and roofing solutions. Handle tendering, quotation preparation, and follow-up for order finalization. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Sales Skills:

Lead generation, client presentations, negotiation, CRM handling

Technical Skills:

PEB structure knowledge, roofing systems, estimation, BOQ preparation

Software Tools:

AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CRM Software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)

Other Skills:

Market analysis, customer relationship management, tender documentation

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Education:

BTech Mechanical /Diploma in Mechanical .

Experience:

Minimum 5-10 years in marketing roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite, Peb knowledge put advantage.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical Thinking:
