corporate tie-ups, student enrollments, and digital sales campaigns

Key Responsibilities:Corporate Sales
Identify, build, and manage relationships with corporate partners for training programs, placements, and student engagement.
Drive
B2B partnerships
with companies for executive education and skill development programs.
Represent the B-School at
corporate meetings, seminars, and networking events
.
Negotiate and close corporate deals to achieve revenue and partnership targets.
Digital Sales & Marketing
Develop and execute
digital sales strategies
to increase student acquisition and engagement.
Manage
social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and app promotions
.
Convert digital leads into enrollments through consultative sales approaches.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
General Sales & Marketing
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for both
corporate and individual enrollments
.
Plan and execute
marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities
.
Coordinate with academic, placement, and marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and implement innovative sales strategies.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in
Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
(preferably from a reputed B-School).
2-6 years of experience in
Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, or Digital Sales
(EdTech / Education industry experience preferred).
Proven ability in
B2B partnerships, digital lead generation, and consultative sales
