Key Responsibilities
Manage retail channel operations and in-store activities
Execute product sampling, branding, and activation plans
Build and maintain strong relations with retail stores
Track sales performance and share daily/weekly reports
Support sales growth through field visits and market insights
Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and stock needs
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in FMCG/Retail sales or marketing
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
Ability to handle field activities and meet targets
Basic reporting and MS Excel skills
Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Education
Any Graduate (UG)
