Key Responsibilities Customer Management

New Customer Acquisition
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and digital channels
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Sales & Marketing Coordination
Support and execute sales and marketing campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Prepare sales reports, customer data, and performance analysis
Assist in market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications & Skills
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage
Experience
Freshers with MBA or candidates with
1-3 years of experience
in sales/marketing are welcome
