Job Description
Female candidates with MIn 1 year in Sales Support and Marketing Assistant role (In-house) Job Responsibilities:
- Raising Invoice & Order processing of Old & existing customers
- Emailing Product list and Quotations to Old and New Clients (Quotations is shared by Director)
- Tracking all payments and sharing reports to Mgt
- Communicating with customers - B2B - Pharma Cos over call or emails
- Making calls to potential customers over calls and emails
- Developing new leads & follow -up with them (leads given by Co)
- Creating and maintaining a customer database.
- Understanding customer needs.
- Closing Deals over call or emails
- Lastly Follow up on delivery & payments
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- Retention bonus
- No travel
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Willing to be part of Small Org? Have exp in dealing with B2B clients over calls and emails
- Good with Mail drafting, Telephone etiquette & Excel sheet
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer acquisition: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)
