Sales & Marketing Coordinator

with excellent communication skills (US accent preferred) to strengthen our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound & inbound calls with US-based clients
Schedule & coordinate meetings/appointments for Sales & Marketing teams
Act as a communication link between clients & internal teams
Maintain CRM - client records, follow-ups, and schedules
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals & marketing collaterals
Support smooth coordination of sales & marketing initiatives

Requirements

1.5+ years of experience in international calling, client communication, or coordination roles
Excellent spoken English (US accent preferred)
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing background is a plus)
Strong organizational & multitasking skills
Comfortable working in

US Night Shift
