Accurately process customer orders, issue pro-formas, confirmations, and coordinate dispatch logistics
Maintain organized digital records (customer data, orders, dispatch, payments), and generate periodic reports .
Sales Support & Coordination
Support sales team by scheduling client visits, managing calendars, and liaising across departments
Monitor order progress, inform clients of any delays or issues, and escalate to sales managers
Customer Service & After-Sales
Serve as point of contact for customers--receive complaints, troubleshoot issues, and follow up post-delivery .
Sales Data & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and report sales metrics (order volumes, customer feedback, delivery status) weekly/monthly Ambition
Use insights to highlight process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Marketing & Promo Support (as required)
Assist in preparing promotional materials, organizing showroom displays, and coordinating participation in dealer meets or trade fairs Placement India
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, and Masters in Marketing or related field preferred Job
Experience:
0-2 years in sales coordination or customer-facing administrative roles, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, or building materials sector Ambition
Local Affiliation:
Local candidates from Morbi and PAN India preferred Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication (spoken & written) with strong interpersonal abilities .
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM or ERP tools .
High organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset--capable of addressing customer issues and ensuring timely resolution .
Team player who works effectively with production, dispatch, accounts, and sales teams.
