The position involves supporting sales and marketing activities for stainless-steel fittings and valves. The candidate will handle client communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and assist in events and exhibitions.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for product promotion, enquiries, and follow-ups
Support senior sales team in client meetings; prepare notes and updates
Assist in marketing activities including exhibitions and industry events
Maintain lead records, follow-up sheets, and basic CRM data
Coordinate internally with production/dispatch for client requirements
Prepare email communication, product introductions, and promotional material
Learn and understand product range to communicate effectively with clients
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (phone & email)
Basic understanding of engineering/industrial products (training will be provided)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Discipline in follow-up and record maintenance
Confidence in interacting with customers and handling enquiries
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
Compensation
?20,000-?25,000 per month based on experience and capability.
