Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven real estate sales & marketing coordinator (male/female) who will be responsible for generating new leads, converting customers, and achieving targets. This role involves developing strong client relationships and understanding customer needs to enhance revenue growth.

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet sales targets to achieve attractive incentives. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties and services. Negotiate and close deals with clients to maximize profits. Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions.
