Role Overview:
We are looking for a
dynamic and multitasking professional
who can handle
HR recruitment, franchise enquiries, and student admissions coordination
across multiple Tansen centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Counselling
Conduct
student admission counselling
through calls, walk-ins, and digital enquiries
Follow up with students and parents to convert leads into
confirmed admissions
Support franchise centers in improving admission conversions
Sales Follow-ups & Reporting
Make regular
follow-up calls
for franchise and admission leads
Maintain
CRM records
, admission reports, and conversion tracking
Share daily/weekly reports with management
Marketing & Coordination
Assist in
local marketing activities
, events, workshops, and promotional campaigns
Coordinate with
marketing and operations teams
for lead generation and brand outreach
Required Skills & Eligibility:
Strong
communication, counselling, and follow-up skills
Ability to
multitask and work under pressure
Comfortable with
calling, coordination, and reporting work
Basic knowledge of
Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results
