Job Description

Core Responsibilities



Sales Team Support:

Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative assistance to help sales representatives hit their targets.

Customer Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints efficiently.

Order & Pipeline Management:

Process sales orders accurately and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure all leads are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain ZOHO CRM databases and generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and team quotas for senior management.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to align sales efforts with company-wide goals.

Key Requirements & Skills



Education:

Typically a Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with ZOHO CRM software .

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication skills to handle client proposals and internal memos.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to resolve operational issues and adjust team quotas or territories as needed.

Pay: ?11,650.15 - ?25,000.00 per month
