Represent the brand and product portfolio professionally at exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events.
Manage booth setup, product display, inventory, samples, and logistics in coordination with the marketing and ops teams.
Engage with walk-in prospects, understand their needs, and pitch suitable products effectively (B2B/B2C).
2. Lead Generation & CRM
Capture leads accurately, classify them (B2B/B2C/distributors/retailers), and record their requirements.
Maintain daily interaction logs and share event summaries with actionable insights.
Input all leads into the CRM system and ensure proper tagging for follow-ups.
3. Client Handling & Sales Follow-up
Follow up with hot and warm leads after the event to close the sale or convert them into distributors/partners.
Share product catalogues, rate lists, and samples when required.
Coordinate with internal sales support/logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
4. Market Intelligence
Gather competitor information, new product trends, pricing intelligence, and customer feedback from events.
Suggest improvements in packaging, pricing, or positioning based on real-time insights.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the marketing team for branding materials, brochures, and promotional items.
Submit daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, queries, and event performance.
Key Skills & Competencies
:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi essential; regional languages a plus).
Confident public speaker and approachable personality.
Good product presentation and soft sales techniques.
Well-groomed, organized, and punctual at events.
Proficient in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
