Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal teams such as production, design, purchase and operations to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide information, and maintain strong professional relationships.

Handle new inquiries received through calls, emails, social media, and other platforms.

Follow up on leads to converting inquiries into customers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare basic marketing reports and provide regular updates to management.
