Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls/emails from U.S. trucking clients regarding insurance policies.

Provide accurate information about policy coverage, quotes, renewals, claims process, and endorsements.

Assist with new client onboarding, document collection, and verification.

Follow up on policy renewals, pending documentation, and payments.

Coordinate with U.S. insurance carriers and underwriters on behalf of clients.

Log all interactions in CRM systems accurately and timely.

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during customer interactions.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (calls handled, policies serviced, etc.)

Stay updated on U.S. insurance guidelines and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in U.S. insurance, BPO, or customer service (preferred: trucking or logistics industry). Basic knowledge of insurance terms (Auto/Commercial/General Liability). Comfortable working U.S. time zone (typically 08:30 PM - 05:30 AM IST). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
