Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to meet targets.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.

Goal Setting:

Set sales quotas, targets, and monitor performance against KPIs.

Performance Management:

Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and provide regular reports to management.

Customer Relations:

Manage key client accounts and resolve escalated customer issues.

Process Improvement:

Oversee the entire sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
