There will be two main parts to this role: Managing Sales Process & Relationship Management Managing Sales Process:
You will be responsible for
Making business contacts and establishing business relations as per agreed sales mix and planned timelines/milestones
Analyzing the markets potential and share timely reports on market intelligence and competition status
Developing go-to-market strategy for emerging markets and increase the market share
Identifying potential customers & potential to up sell/ cross-sell to existing customers
Relationship Management: You will be responsible for
Acting as a bridge between customer and support team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Nurturing old business agreements and establishing new ones. Key Skills Required:
Consultative and value selling to prospective clients
Key account management and relationship building with key decision makers
Sales planning, forecasting, team reviews & MIS reports
Strong management skills and the ability to motivate & improve the team
Qualifications:
Graduates from recognized university. Master's degree in business administration, sales or marketing will be preferred.
Minimum of five (5)years in industry (overall) , direct sales experience.
