Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing deals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the leadership team.
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align sales goals with company objectives.
Lead contract negotiations with major clients ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
Manage and optimize the sales department's budget and resource allocation.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings across various regions.
