About the Role:
Scaler Academy is resuming hiring for Sales Manager roles. This position is meant strictly for experienced EdTech leaders who are currently managing teams and driving high-ticket sales. The role involves leading inside sales teams, owning revenue numbers, and contributing to business growth through strong execution and people leadership.
Strict Eligibility & Hiring Filters (Mandatory):
Candidate must be currently working in EdTech in a managerial role(not BDA / Individual Contributor)
Minimum 4+ years of EdTech experience*
Minimum 2+ years of team handling experiencein EdTech sales
Proven experience selling ?2 Lakh+ ticket size tech coursesto working professionals
Stable tenure: Minimum 1.5+ years in each organization*
Age bracket strictly between 27-32 years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
Track team performance and implement coaching and corrective actions
Monitor sales KPIs and share daily/weekly MIS with leadership
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve funnel efficiency
Build a performance-driven culture with continuous team development
Own end-to-end sales cycles including pitch, negotiation, and closures
Education:
Any Graduate (minimum qualification)
Compensation/Salary:
CTC up to ?28 LPA(fixed + performance-linked incentives)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,218,901.92 per year
